This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing and use of your personal information as a user of this Service, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Sa Dutxeta does not sell your personal information to third parties and will always ask for your consent before using your data for any purpose other than those described in this policy.

We adopt the technical and organisational measures required, in line with the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed, to prevent its loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or theft.

2. Information we collect

The information collected varies depending on how you use the website. It reaches us in three ways: information collected automatically, information you provide voluntarily and information provided by third parties.

2.1. Data collected automatically

  for more information). This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
• The IP address you connect from, the type of device, the operating system, the browser, the language, and the date, country and time of the request.
• Data on your use of the Service and any errors detected while using it.

2.2. Data you provide voluntarily

• The information you send us through the website’s contact channels or when subscribing to our newsletter (for example, your email address, name, subject or message).

2.3. Data provided by third parties

• Information that reaches us through social networks or other similar services.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases, depending on the purpose:

• Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): when you send us a contact form or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): when we handle a quote request or a contracted service.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): for example, tax and accounting obligations.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to ensure the security of the website and prevent fraudulent use.

4. Your rights

Completing the forms on this website is voluntary, although if you do not fill in the fields marked as required, some functions of the Service may be unavailable or limited.

The data you provide is added to Sa Dutxeta’s files in order to respond to your requests, provide the service requested and, with your consent, keep you informed about our activity.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability at any time by writing to info@sadutxeta.com or by post to C/ 31 de març, 41 – 07570 Artà (Balearic Islands, Spain), identifying yourself with your full name and a copy of your national ID card, passport or equivalent document.

If you gave us your consent for a specific purpose, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

If you believe there is a problem with how your data is processed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

5. Data Protection Officer

Given the volume and nature of its processing activities, Sa Dutxeta is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Any question about the protection of your personal data can be sent to info@sadutxeta.com.

6. Use of data

The data you provide is used to:

• Respond to your requests for quotes or information.
• Send you our newsletter, only if you have consented.

6.1. Contact forms

This website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS), which allows your personal data to be sent securely through the contact forms.

The data collected is processed automatically and added to the corresponding files for which Sa Dutxeta is the controller. Your IP address is used to verify the origin of the message, to offer you information suited to your language and to detect possible irregularities or attempted attacks on the website.

You can also provide your data by phone, email or any other means of communication we indicate. You can contact us at any time at info@sadutxeta.com.

6.2. Social networks

Sa Dutxeta has profiles on some of the main social networks and acknowledges that it is the controller of the data published on them (for example, photographs uploaded by Sa Dutxeta in which people appear).

Data processing on each social network will be, at most, what the platform itself allows corporate profiles to do. Sa Dutxeta will not extract data from these networks without the specific and express consent of the user.

7. Retention periods

• Disaggregated or anonymised data is kept with no deletion deadline.
• Client data is kept for as long as strictly necessary for the service contracted, and at most: 5 years under Article 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code (personal actions without a special time limit) and 6 years under Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code (books and invoices).
• Newsletter subscriber data is kept from subscription until you unsubscribe.
• Data published on social networks is kept from when consent is given until it is withdrawn.

8. International transfers

Sa Dutxeta does not currently transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If in the future we use a provider that requires such transfers, you will be duly informed and the safeguards provided for in the GDPR will be applied (standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision or another valid mechanism).
